Physical and unphysical consciousness
Let’s talk about the physical and unphysical consciousness that animates us naturally every day. Every day we wake up and we are animated by certain energy and a certain point of focus. Remember that we have the ability to switch our point of focus, which means switching our point of focus. When you wake up in the morning and start thinking the same thought of the day before or the same worries of the day or week before, this means you are consciously going back to the same energy and to the same point of attraction.
Morning time is the most important time of the day when we need to master our thoughts and kick off our day. You are the master of your thoughts and not vice versa. I want you to start doing this exercise where you start being aware of your thoughts, especially the first minutes you wake up. Ideally, spiritual people try to meditate for 10 minutes the first thing they do after they wake up. If not, start by thinking consciously about your thoughts. What thoughts you are thinking about today, this morning? If they make you feel good then keep thinking about them. If not, can you switch to another thought that makes you feel beet? We are full of contradiction in our energy and as well as life is.
Contradiction is not a bad thing. Contradictions let us know what we don’t want, thus making us know and feel what we do want. This exercise in the morning will make you get rid of some of the energy that will not serve you in the morning and most probably during the whole day.
Continuing attention and Focus
Continuing attention and focus are at the basis of the law of attraction. Remember:
- This law is like the law of gravity… It is always working and attracting from a point of focus.
- As well that you are fast-moving this law is always working and attracting from a point of focus.
It is always working and attracting from a point of focus. Your duty here, in your physical form, is to keep up with what life is causing you to become. This process will reveal to you who you really are, the evolving being you are. We create through attention and vibration. Vibrational reality.. everything will become. Attention can be 5 min or 10 min… it doesn’t need to be 5 hours. Focusing on what we want will get us on the vibration that we want. Remember that you can get and have whatever you want, maybe not right now.. but in time and focus. Feel the vibration of what is.
Release yourself from the habit of thought!
Remind yourself of what do you now know? What do I know now? Everything is working out for me, there is always a path nothing serious is going on here. Remind yourself that nothing is serious… nothing is permanent. The only constant changes.
Do not introduce unnecessary resistance to my experience. Do not play the worst-case scenario. Be playful and have fun. What exactly have planned from a very narrow point of view, you can have a boring life. Let the universe reach out and give you a wide
